Earlier this morning, reports started trickling in that people were having issues signing into Xbox Live. This proves to be a pretty big issue considering that Titanfall has just been released in the US and you need to be signed in to play the game in any form.
According to Major Nelson, this is not a Titanfall related issue and just seems to be bad timing. We’d like to think that it must have something to do with the fact that the Xbox One is probably under just about as much load as it has been to date.
Xbox Live’s support page reads, “We’ve received reports that some users are having difficulties signing in to Xbox Live. Our team is working hard to get this issue fixed as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience while we work. We’ll have another update for you in 30 minutes.” Services have been problematic for longer than expected. We’ve contacted Microsoft for additional information.
