Bethesda have accidentally let the cat out of the bag an hour too early. Fallout 4 has been officially revealed over at fallout4.com. It has now been revealed that the game will release on PS4, Xbox One and PC. A release date has not yet been set. The teaser trailer is not yet live and will be revealed once midnight hits.
Bethesda are promising that more will be revealed at their E3 conference in 2 weeks time.
