The Two Nintendo Switch Cases We’ve Been Happily Using

So, we’ve been guarding the Nintendo Switch with our life over the last week, and it’s been these two cases that have been keeping our baby safe in completely different ways.

Game Traveller Deluxe Black

This case has definitely been our every day Nintendo Switch case. The case features a mesh type fabric on the outside which is incredibly study and strong.

In all honesty, it’s a little bit big but you will definitely feel safe in the fact that your Nintendo Switch will be safe.

Under the console, you can store 8 games in the two included mini cases. You also get two storage containers for Micro SD cards, just in case you’re carrying around multiple SD cards.

There’s also a compartment on the flap that sits on top of your Nintendo Switch unit that will house a USB-B cable or some extra game cards.

As I was saying, it’s definitely a little big to hold, but for chucking in your bag for on the go use as well as knowing that you can take a handful of games with you, it’s definitely the best case that we can see on the market.

This will set you back $30 and is available at Big W and JB Hi-Fi.

Everyday Messenger Bag

This case has been an absolute lifesaver over the last week. Carrying our entire Switch Unit between our home and office in order to squeeze in as much Zelda time as possible.

You can fit in the console, the dock, your AC adaptor as well as HDMI cable and USB cable. I was honestly even able to fit in the Joy-Con Grip with two Joy-Cons attached. Sure, it was a little squishy but they all fit and were kept safe.

You also get a second smaller hardshell case with this larger messenger bag. It’s not as thick and protective as the Deluxe traveler case, but it is definitely a bonus. I might even prefer this one due to the fact that it’s literally half the size of the Deluxe traveler.

Sure, this case isn’t going to be for everyone, but it’s a really good, slim alternative if you’re going to be taking the Switch on the go quite often.

This will set you back roughly $60 and is available at JB & Target.
