April Fools’ Day is always a fun time, especially in gaming. Gaming publishers and media outlets alike always poke fun at various gaming properties for a variety of gags, some unbelievable and some more than believable.

This one was a dagger straight into the heart. The official Hotline Miami account Tweeted out Hotline Miami 3 and nothing more.

PlayStation Playr App

PlayStation Asia mocked up the PlayStation Playr App, which is the only app you’ll ever need to find romance on the PlayStation Network. Honesty, doesn’t sound like the worst idea in the world.

AMC’s Grand Theft Auto

IGN created a pretty spectacular video (as they always do) about a brand new Grand Theft Auto TV show created by AMC. Honestly, I’m pretty shocked that something to this extent hasn’t happened yet. Grand Theft Auto is one of the biggest properties in the world, so the fact that we haven’t seen a TV show or movie is pretty incredible.
