It was no secret that some form of story based DLC was coming to Arkham Origins. It was hinted at when the game was originally released through the Season Pass. Information was scarce until today where we were treated to a small teaser trailer.
Fast track to around the 60 second mark, where you are treated to what can only be Mr. Freeze crashing the Humanitarian of the year award ceremony. Later in the video, the DLC is described as the introduction of Freeze into the Arkhamverse. The DLC looks to be set to release on the 22nd of April.
I really hope that the DLC delvers as Warner Brother Montreal have openly stated they are working on DLC as opposed to correcting some game breaking issues for the main game. Until the DLC strikes, feel free to check out our review of Batman Arkham Origins HERE
