PS4 Finally Gets A Media Player

PlayStation 4 owner’s will be glad to know that sometime today a Media Player app will appear on the PS4 content area for download, finally granting the PS4 the media playback options promised at release.

The player has support for both DNLA (streaming from a home server) and USB input. It will automatically detect media, and music can be played in the background.
