Earlier today, NerdLeaks made an interesting discovery on the Instagram page of motion capture actor Cort King, who shared an image of Watch Dogs 2’s new protagonist.
King’s Instagram has since been set to private, but a cached version of his profile shows the legitimacy of the leak. However, it’s uncertain wether King’s character would act as the replacement of Aiden Pearce as the protagonist, or merely as a new character within the sequel’s narrative, though based on feedback from many reviewers and gamers the replacement of Pearce might seem likely.
Not much else is known about the upcoming sequel, but with Assassin’s Creed out of the 2016 line-up we could be hearing more about it soon.
