Hollow Knight’s Beautiful Soundtrack Is Out Today

One of our most anticipated Australian games of 2017, Hollow Knight is looking beautiful and ridiculously polished, and the same can be said about its soundtrack, which is available today on Bandcamp.

Composed by award winning Australian composer Christopher Larkin, the soundtrack aims to capture the vast and eerie underground world in Hollow Knight, as players explore the huge metroidvania adventure.

Coming from a classical background, Larkin has created an interactive score, which will intensify in moments of battle and soften during times of exploration in the massive world of Hallownest.

Larkin has previously created the soundtracks for two other Australian games, Expand and Pac-man 265, and worked with the likes of Madman Entertainment and the ABC.

Featuring 26 unique tracks and over an hour of music, it is available today on Bandcamp, and will be landing on Spotify, Apple Music and more soon.

Although the soundtrack may be out, we still don’t have a official release date for the actual game. However Team Cherry, the Adelaide based developers behind the side scrolling adventure are teasing a big announcement this week.

Team Cherry also announced recently that Hollow Knight will be coming to the Nintendo Switch.
