Shooty Skies Is A Melbourne Developed Mobile Game That’s Worth Playing

I’ll be honest in saying that I don’t play many mobile games anymore. There’s a bunch of them on my phone that haven’t been opened in years.

However, that changed today with Shooty Skies. The game was created by Melbourne indie developer, Mighty Games. The same studio was responsible for Disney Crossy Roads (conveniently the last mobile game that dug its hooks into me).

Gamers who have played Crossy Roads will immediately recognise the art style of Shooty Skies. It’s very much in the same vein, with you taking your aircraft towards the top of the screen in a never-ending scroller. It’s frantic, fun and you’ll easily sink a good amount of time into it.

It’s been out for a while, but I’d never heard of it until now. It’s just been updated to version 2.0.0 and there’s no better time to jump in. There’s now daily missions as well as a bunch of new content to unlock.

Best of all, it’s free, so you’ve got absolutely nothing to lose. You can download it on your Apple device HERE and your Android devices HERE.
