It is being reported that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be playable at this year’s EB Expo in Sydney. There’s a pretty big catch though. Only 333 fans will be able to play the 45 minute demo which is said to be the same as the E3 demo. Only gamers who have bought four or more Zelda titles from EB Games will be contacted to potentially play the demo.
Further details have not yet been confirmed, and it’s unclear how EB Games will select the lucky gamers. I’d suspect that an email will go out to those that have the purchases registered on their EB World Card.
We got to play the game at E3 and were blown away to the point that it was our game of the show. Impressions were all extremely positive, so I’m expecting the opportunity to play the game to be extremely sought after.
EB Expo will take place from September 30th to October 2nd.
