While it was a little bit of a blatant tease, Nintendo revealed during their Spotlight event that the team at Game Freak is working on a “Core Pokemon RPG” for the Nintendo Switch.
While the details are so scarce and there’s so little information to go on, it’s great news to hear Nintendo embracing the hybrid mode of the Switch to develop something that’ll be truly special – the RPG that most people have been asking for since the Gamecube days.
