Blizzard has been incredibly consistent with releasing updates for Overwatch and the holiday season is no exception.
Starting today, Overwatch is getting into the holiday spirit with a brand new season event. For the next three weeks, Hanamura and King’s Row will be decked out in light, Loot Boxes will be tied with incredibly festive bows and you’ll be able to challenge people to a snowball fight.

Each holiday-themed Loot Box will be stuffed with holiday-themed items and can be earned or purchased.
Snow Brawl is the newest mode and features 6v6 Offensive. It’s a single-elimination brawl. There are changes to how characters weapons work. For instance, Mei’s blaster no longer shoots a stream of frost or shoots icicles but instead, fires a single super-powered snowball. Due to the fact that you only have one shot, a miss can be costly.
