Head of Xbox Phil Spencer has replied to an eager gamer asking when Skate 3 would come to the Xbox One in the form of backwards compatibility saying that Microsoft know that it is a key game and that they are eagerly working on it, but do not have a date in mind.
We know its a key game and are on it. I'm confident in getting it out to XB1 customers, just can't give you a date yet, sorry

He followed this up by saying that Skate reinvented the skate control in gaming, and that he was just as eager as everyone else to replay the game on Xbox One.
I'm with everyone on this, franchise reinvented skate control in gaming, really want to get it done, we'll get there.
