According to a tweet made by industry legend and the founder of The Game Awards, Geoff Keighly, Microsoft’s Project Scorpio will be priced at USD$499 (around AUD$620), unless the company makes a drastic last minute change before their presentation early tomorrow morning.
I can now say with confidence Project Scorpio is $499. Unless something changes today, that is what will be announced.

Project Scorpio, the super-powered console scheduled to join the Xbox family this holiday season, will arguably be the highlight of Microsoft’s E3 presentation this year. Phil Spencer has assured fans of Microsoft that the company has plans to unveil the real name, the official release date, the price and hopefully, what the console actually looks like, during this year’s event.
