Kevin Conroy, whom has been the voice of Batman for well over the last decade ranging in roles from Batman: The Animated series to the critically acclaimed and celebrated Arkham games (developed by Rocksteady) has reportedly not been offered the opportunity to reprise his role as the Dark Knight according to NAG Magazine.
Although this rumor supports Warner Brothers Montreal direction of an origin type story and a younger inexperienced Batman no official confirmation has been provided from sources such as Conroy himself or in fact the developers themselves.
