From a press release, Nintendo have announced reimagined versions of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire called Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, set to be released on the Nintendo 3DS November.

Not many details have been released but it looks like it will be less a straight remake and more of a reimagining of the world of Hoenn set in Ruby and Sapphire.
