In following suit from the previous 20th Anniversary distribution, the mythical Pokémon Jirachi is available for owners of Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire starting today, April 1st, until the 24th. And no, folks, this isn’t a joke!
Downloading the Pokémon via Internet-connected Mystery gift, the card reads “To celebrate 20 years of Pokémon, you have received Jirachi! Jirachi, which is known to make any whish come true, was originally distributed to Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire.”
This marks the second Pokémon distributed via Internet Mystery Gift in two months, with the next distribution event to come in May, and proposed to be via in-store code (similar to the Mew distribution event)
