Fans of World of Warcraft have been outraged by the fact that Blizzard have announced that they will be shutting down a fan server called Nostalrius. This server was created to allow people to play the game as it was at its peak back in 2004. It allowed gamers to play the game before all the unwanted expansions.
Blizzard are obviously within their rights to do this as it’s an unauthorised use of their property. The fans have come out in full force to let Blizzard know that they’re not happy about it.
