Serkan Toto who is a well known industry insider in Japan, has revealed that he knows that Resident Evil 7 is in development and will go back to its horror roots. It will essentially be a clean slate for the series. He also revealed that it will be shown at E3. Further to this, he has detailed that the Resident Evil 7 team hired Jordan Amaro who had previously worked on MGS V and P.T. for Kojima Productions.
