BioShock: The Collection Officially Announced With Trailer & Date

UPDATE: The Australian Release date is September 15th. Original story below.

Following a significant number of leaks, 2K’s worst kept secret – BioShock: The Collection – has finally been officially announced for a September 15 release with the trailer embedded below.

The collection will feature remastered versions of BioShock, BioShock 2 and BioShock Infinite along with additional singleplayer content such as Minerva’s Den and the Protector Trials for BioShock 2 and the Burial at Sea, Clash in the Clouds and Columbia’s Finest expansions for Infinite.

The remasters will supposedly run 1080p, 60 frames per second on consoles, but don’t expect any upgraded visuals for Infinite on PC. PC players will be glad to hear they’ll get a free upgrade for BioShock, BioShock 2 and Minerva’s Den if they already own them however.
