Nintendo Switch Has A 6.2″ Multi-Touch Screen

Nintendo has today confirmed that the Nintendo Switch is 6.2″ in size. It has a resolution of 720p and for the first time in a Nintendo device, it has capacitive multi-touch capabilities for compatible games.

Whilst the resolution could be better, the fact that it has a multi-touch screen is huge. The Wii U definitely suffered for the lack of being single-touch and relied way too much on pressure in order to work.

Nintendo also revealed the battery life of the tablet will  last somewhere between 2.5 and 6.5 hours, depending on what games are being played.
