You might have been expecting this morning’s Nintendo Direct to focus entirely on the Switch. Post-Switch release, it was unclear how long Nintendo would continue to support the 3DS system, but based on the haul of new announcements this morning, it look like we can expect it for a little while longer.
A bunch of 3DS games were shown with release dates attached. The complete list is below:
- Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia DLC (May 19th)
- Ever Oasis (June 24th)
- Hey Pikmin (July 28th)

- Monster Hunter Stories (Spring 2017)
- Yokai Watch 2 Psychic Spectres (US Fall 2017)
