Niantic, the developer of Pokemon GO has today announced their next game. It’s called Harry Potter: Wizards Unite and will let players experience J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World. You’ll be able to learn spells, as well as explore your neighbourhood to discover and fight legendary beasts.
It’s said that the gameplay will be similar to Pokemon GO in the sense that you’ll be wondering around your streets learning spells (in AR) instead of catching Pokemon. You’ll also be able to join other players in order to take down enemies, similarly to how Pokemon GO’s gym battles work.
It’s unclear when the game is releasing, but Niantic have told gamers to stay tuned to their social channels.
