Square Enix has dropped a shiny new trailer for its upcoming mobile entry in the Kingdom Hearts series, titled Kingdom Hearts: Missing Link, as well as announced a short Closed Beta period for the game exclusive to players in the UK and Australia.
Kingdom Hearts: Missing Link is billed as a “GPS Action RPG” coming to both iOS and Android devices, and will feature co-operative gameplay along with brand-new characters and (no doubt confusing as hell) story for Kingdom Hearts fans to sink their teeth into.
Square Enix says that around 3,000 participants in total from both regions will be selected to take part, so head to the official website here and chuck your name in the hat ASAP for a shot at selection. The rest of the details can be found below:
Kingdom Hearts: Missing Link Closed Beta Details
The recruitment period for the upcoming title begins now and closes on November 19th, 2023 for both iOS and Android testers. Selected iOS testers will be notified via the e-mail address registered on the application form on or around Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 (only selected testers will receive an email notification. Those who are not selected will not receive an email notification). The closed beta testing for iOS begins on November 29th, 2023 at 6:00 PM AEDT and ends on December 8th, 2023.
The selected Android testers will be notified via the email address registered at a later date for Android closed beta test, which is now planned for January 2024. More updates for the Android closed beta test will be shared on the KINGDOM HEARTS Missing Link official X (Twitter).
Closed Beta Test Application Requirements
- Residents of United Kingdom or Australia
- Ages 18 or older
- Users must accept and agree to the “Closed Beta Test Application Requirements”, “Closed Beta Test Precautions”, and the “Closed Beta Test Tester Agreement (KINGDOM HEARTS Missing-Link)” on the official website.
