A Pokemon GO player made an unfortunate discovery whilst playing Pokemon GO overnight. 19-year-old Shayla Wiggins of Wyoming USA says that she found the body whilst searching for Pokemon near the Big Wind River. Shayla Wiggins was looking for a water-based Pokemon at the time.
“I was walking towards the bridge along the shore when I saw something in the water. I had to take a second look and I realized it was a body. ” Wiggins said.
Shayla Wiggins then called the cops to let them know of the body that she had discovered when playing Pokemon GO. Despite their initial confusion surrounding the game, the police department did confirm the death, which appeared to be accidental.
The discovery comes after multiple Australian police departments had warned players against wondering onto roads as well as driving whilst trying to look for Pokemon.
