One of the best announcements to come out of last night’s Nintendo Direct is the fact that a port of Yoshi’s Woolly World is coming to the 3DS. Rebranded as Poochy and Yoshi’s Woolly World, the game will have exclusive new levels featuring Poochy the dog, who is also getting his own yarn Amiibo.
Nintendo will also be adding in 30 stop-motion short films starring Yoshi and Poochy.
The game will contain every single level featured in the Wii U version as well as new stages focused on Poochy. Poochy Pups will also appear in regular levels to help Yoshi find suspicious spots which might indicate secrets or hidden treasure.
Poochy and Yoshi’s Woolly World will release on February 3rd in Australia.
