Raticate Has Put On A Ton of Weight In Pokemon Moon and Sun

Last night’s Pokemon Moon and Sun also brought us the brilliance that is Alolan Raticate. Basically, he’s black but he’s also put on a ton of weight. This is said to be due to the fact that he now lives in urban areas, which has lead to a higher-calorie diet than the Raticate of other regions.

This basically means that their bodies are tougher but they’re also a lot fatter. Alolan Raticate is the Totem Pokemon of the trial that takes place in Verdant Cavern on Melemele Island in Pokemon Moon.

Alolan Rattata was revealed last week, who also looks quite different sporting a brand new, hipster looking moustache. 

Naturally, the internet reacted to Alolan Raticate with the appropriate memes.

Pokemon Moon and Sun will release on November 18th.
