Niantic has announced the arrival of Pokémon Go to the Apple Watch. The announcement was made just mere moments ago as the studio took the stage to reveal the new app.
Coming later this year, users will be able to hatch eggs, check their stats and swipe near Pokétops to collect items as they pass by. Additionally, players will receive notifications of Pokémon and Pokéstops nearby without having to periodically check their phone.
The Pokémon Go companion for Apple Watch will hit the App Store before the end of the year.
