Gamestop’s Nintendo Switch Ad Mentions Playing Pokemon At Home

So, it’s been rumoured for some time now that the Nintendo Switch would mark the release of first home-console mainline Pokemon game. Pokemon Stars is heavily rumoured to be coming exclusively to the Nintendo Switch with new Pokemon and improved graphics.

Interestingly enough, the Nintendo Switch ad on American gaming retailer Gamestop (basically EB Games in America), lists “You will even be able to play Skyrim on the go, or Pokemon at home with the Nintendo Switch”

This is a pretty big revelation as this chunk of text has obviously been well thought through.

It’s well known that retailers know about top-level gaming information well before the general public, so this just adds more merit to the fact that we’ll probably be seeing a proper Pokemon game on the Nintendo switch.
