Nintendo New York has announced that they’ll be holding a special in-store viewing presentation of the Nintendo Switch tomorrow at 3pm AEDT for 250 people.
They’ve also announced that “a limited quantity of pre-orders will begin on the 13th of January at 9am”.
This pretty much confirms our fears that pre-orders of the Nintendo Switch will be quite limited. This is due to the fact that the console launches in two months and it’s expected to have a worldwide launch for the first time in Nintendo’s console history.

We all know Nintendo’s history with under-stocking product, so it’s going to be an interesting few months.
