After revealing this morning that Splatoon 2 would be getting a Splatfest Demo on July 16th, Nintendo has released the demo client onto the Australian eShop.
More surprisingly, you can already create your character, go through the tutorial and walk through Inkopolis Square. This is good news as previously with Splatoon 2/ARMS Test Fires, you had to wait until the specific time period in order to do absolutely anything.
