Nintendo has just confirmed on their Twitter account that the online service will launch in September of this year. This was after initially being delayed.
We don’t know exactly what the Nintendo Switch online will entail, but we know that it will be a paid service and have NES/SNES games that are given to subscribers for free with enhanced features.
