A Twitch user by the name of iNexus_Ninja, has tried to prank a number of Twitch streamers by giving them large donations of anywhere up to $2,500 at any given time. After donating the money, he’d wait a few days and try and charge back the money through PayPal. Thankfully in this instance, PayPal denied his request for a chargeback and allowed the steamers to keep the money.
Chargebacks on Twitch have become a real issue, with PayPal readily allowing Twitch viewers to chargeback on donations and seemingly winning the chargeback in most instances. You can visibly see in the video created by LiveStreamFails that the streamers are excited with the out of the blue donations.
