in an interview conduced by GTPlanet with the Polyphony’s CEO, Kazunori Yamaguchi has revealed that there will be no dynamic weather or time transitions and conditions will need to be chosen prior to entering a race. This was done in order to increate the frame-rate and quality of image during the race.
“We opted to not have the transitions in the race this time in order to raise the framerate and the quality of the image *during* the race. So the user will be able to set that before they enter the race. So you’ll still be able to have night races, morning, races at dawn, dusk, and so on.”
Gran Turismo Sport will release exclusively on PS4 on November 16th.
