Activision Will Release Another Remaster This Year And It’s Obviously The Spyro Trilogy

Activision have released a major remaster every year for the last two years with Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered in 2016 and Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy in 2017, and they’ve confirmed that they’ll do at least one remaster in 2018, and surely it’s a Spyro Trilogy based on the rumours and success of the Crash Trilogy.

“We expect to release World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth and our latest Call of Duty game in the second half of 2018. In addition, we expect to deliver ongoing content for our various franchises, including expansion packs for Hearthstone and Destiny 2 , in-game events for Overwatch , and map packs for Call of Duty: WWII , as well as releases of remastered versions of titles from our library of IP. We also expect to release at least two new mobile titles during 2018, including a social casino game from King.” said Activision.

It was rumoured last month that the Spyro Trilogy would be announced in March and released later this year, complete with brand new graphics and gameplay changes to bring the game into the current gaming landscape.
