People on Twitter are pleading with both EB Games and JB Hi-Fi to break the God Of War street date, but they’re not budging, both replying quite hilariously with a stern no.
The wait for God Of War has been excruciating, with reviewers having the game for over two weeks now, and reviews dropping more than a week before launch. The fact that the game is the best-rated original PS4 game on Metacritic definitely doesn’t help either.
Street date breaks in Australia used to be quite common, but they’ve become rare in Australia, with only local titles such as Rugby League Live and AFL Evolution breaking in recent years.
God of War finally releases on Friday exclusively on PlayStation 4.
