Ed Boon took to the stage at The Game Awards to reveal Mortal Kombat 11, which is coming on April 23rd for PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
The trailer showed off a brutal fight between Scorpion and Raiden, where they went shot for shot before Scorpion absolutely destroyed Raiden in an epic fatality. Weirdly, another Scorpion appeared to finish the fight – perhaps eluding to the new “custom variation” system that the game will be employing.
There will be an event in January, where we’ll get to see more about the game.
