Remedy has announced Control: Ultimate Edition which will release on PS4, Xbox One and Epic Games Store on September 10th and Steam on August 27th.
The package will include The Foundation as well as AWE (the soon to be released Alan Wake crossover expansion). It’s been confirmed that you will only get a free upgrade to the next-gen version on either Xbox Series X or PS5 if you purchase the Ultimate Edition. It seems that those that have the original edition will not be upgraded for free.
