Cyberpunk 2077 is full of bugs at the moment but you definitely have to laugh at this one. I wrote about the genitalia customisation options in Cyberpunk 2077 earlier this week and it looks like people are getting more looks at their genitalia than expected.
On consoles at least, it looks like changing your outfit often results in your dick popping out unexpectedly. This is also happening for breasts, which are popping through clothes unexpectedly.
