Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge Is A Classic Ninja Turtles Beat-Em-Up Game

It’s finally happening. We’re finally getting that sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles In Time after all this time.

The game is a four-player co-op beat-em-up game and will obviously focus on Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo and Donatello as they take on classic enemies in a new side-scrolling adventure. The game has been announced for consoles and PC but a release date was not given.

Straight from the press release, here’s how the game is described:

With Bebop and Rocksteady amassing gizmos to support Krang and Shredder’s latest scheme, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge finds the turtles battling through a breathless tour of iconic TMNT locations to thwart their nemeses’ most diabolical plan yet. Armed with shell-shocking new abilities built on a foundation of classic brawling mechanics, the gang are in for an exhilarating, Foot Clan-stomping romp leading them through the sewers and bustling boroughs of New York City all the way to Dimension X.

Personally, I can’t wait for this one. I put a lot of time into Turtles in Time back in the day, and hopefully this one can reach the same heights.
