The official E3 website has added a category titled ‘Xbox One Virtual Reality’ which would lead us to believe that Microsoft are more than likely to announce some kind of VR initiative at E3. It’s previously been thrown around that the rumoured more powerful Xbox One will possibly be compatible with the Oculus Rift.
So far companies such as Rebellion, Maximum Games, Readily Information Company and 3DRudder are listing that they’ll be showing games under the ‘Xbox One Virtual Reality’ category.
Definitely don’t take this as confirmation, however it’d be crazy to think that Microsoft aren’t trying to get a piece of the VR pie.
