Xbox Play Anywhere is the initiative that Microsoft announced back at E3 which allows you to buy participating games once and play them on both your Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. Microsoft is planning on bringing all future first-party games to Windows 10 and PC but this is the initial list of supported titles. The initiative will launch on September 13th.
