In recent times it’s been mostly PlayStation Network that has gone down, but it looks like it’s Xbox Live’s turn to kick users out across the board.
As of 9:49am AEDT, the Xbox Live services have been down including being able to sign into Xbox Live, play games online, buying items and downloading items that you have purchased.

Aussie Outages has 1400 reports in the last hour of people being unable to access Xbox Live.
