It’s been leak central for the Nintendo Switch 2 in the lead-up to the reveal in the coming few months, but our best leak of the updated Joy-Con has come in the way of a brand new photo.
The new photos that match all previous leaks and looks extremely legitimate due to markings and serial numbers shows us a new black/blue Joy-Con.
This Joy-Con will be larger (to match the larger display), have magnetic connectors with new quick release buttons at the back and updated SL/SR side buttons that look like they’ll be able to be used without any rail attached.

We also get to see what looks like an improved analogue stick with hall effect sensors as well.
With more and more production leaks coming through over the last month, it does seem increasingly likely that the Nintendo Switch 2 will likely launch in the earlier part of the year. We know that a reveal is coming in March at the absolute latest but could be as soon as this week.
