Amazon has just taken a sizeable chunk off of the price of the standard disc-based PS5 console, bringing it down to sub-$700 territory for the first time as far as genuine discounts (without any cashback or code trickery) goes and a couple of dollars below even the digital version. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to the huge price drop, but we’ll take it.
