Geoff Keighleyโs Opening Night Live event took place overnight and it definitely delivered. We got to see more than 35 games in action. Whilst there wasnโt a lot of new game announcements, we got to see a bunch of top-tier games in action.
Wow.
The game is a cosmic horror FPS coming to Playstation 4 and Playstation 5.

The video is ten minutes but youโll get the gist of it Iโm sure.
The game will include all three downloadable expansions as well as four dinosaur packs, and hits in November. At this stage, it seems to be exclusive to the eShop.
The scene is from early in the game and shows off a critical point in the narrative. The developers also reiterated that the game will feature choices that can have later impacts, as well as multiple endings.
The game follows Haruna, a young woman raised on the streets of India, haunted by visions of her own death. Itโs a next-gen project from Reflector, a studio in Montreal, described as a paranormal mystery.
The game looks to feature new locations, new enemies, and hopefully new ways to deal with the marauders if the trailer is any indication. The piece of DLC, ambitiously titled The Ancient Gods โ Part 1, hits in October.

The game is clearly a little bit further away, but we got to see some concept and the studio members talking about just how great the brand is. But most importantly โย Solas is back!
The co-op mode looks as hectic as ever, and features a new suite of surgeries toโฆโฆattempt. The game is releasedย now for the Epic Game Store.
The trailer is a live-action, gritty Walking Dead style affair with a few shots of gameplay too. The game is coming to all major platforms โ both current and next gen.
The trailer perfectly captures the vibe of the classic duo but we really didnโt learn much beyond that. Some rumours suggest itโs a VR game.
Some great art on display here, folks. Itโs called Bastion, and thereโs three more. They also confirmed the expansion will be hitting on 27th October 2020. Which is nice.
The game is being developed by a Canadian studio and marks the first time the franchise has made the jump to games.
Theyโre a brand new style of level which are a โpeek back into timeโ where Neo was testing Crash and Coco. Theyโre puzzle room style levels that are apparently super hard.
The aim of the game is to perform the perfect heist by breaking into structures. The twist? You can demolish almost every major wall or support structure. It looks oddly satisfying.
There appears to be a little bit more combat and lots of horrible puppets if thatโs your thing. And a creepy slender man too. Love that for me. The game hits in February, and will probably have some more footage as Gamescom plays out.
The Undertaker made Finn Balor piss and really what more could you ask for.
The footage looks at one of the single-player missions with narration from one of the development team members. It looks as if youโll be able to play from either side of the battle โ the rebels or the empire.
Journey to Batuu releases in September and is inspired by the Galaxyโs Edge theme park. It looks authentic as ever to the Star Wars vibe.
Last announced at E3 last year, the game comes from Annapurna Interactive and seems to take place in an apartment viewed from the top down. The game also features James McAvoy, Daisy Ridley and Willem Dafoe as the voice talent.
Great stuff.
The game is a colourful beat em up and hits at the end of this year. Thereโs even a beta!
You probably know what to expect already, but this is shaping up to be a solid remake.
The footage is intriguing and the concept even more so. Think groundhog day meets Apex Legends. Itโs due in early 2021 for the current generation of consoles.
So much effort has been put into restoring the old games and translating the new films into this game too, but unfortunately, with so much effort it looks to have been pushed to next year.
Itโs called Struggling and thatโs probably because Iโm struggling to work it out right now. But it has co-op!
The game features enhanced audio, redone 4K visuals, and two new civilisations โ the Inca and the Swedes. There are also two new game modes too and cross-platform multiplayer. Itโs coming to Windows and will be available as part of Game Pass for PC.
The game features 4K visuals, raytracing, and intense space ship battles. Itโs a next gen exclusive too, obviously.
In an exclusive sneak peek, we saw a bunch of games that are inspired by the middle ages. There were also new costumes including dragons and witches, which is awesome. Oh and wizards and vikings too. Itโs all a bit much really (in a good way). Hopefully we donโt have to wait much longer.
The game is an Oculus exclusive being developed by Respawn. It looks distinct enough from every other military shooter, and kind of makes me want an Oculus. The game releases this year.
The game looks like a discount Breath of The Wild visually but it seems to be a pretty fun magic-based arena multiplayer game. Oh and itโsย available now for all consoles. And itโs free to play.
Itโs being developed by Factor 5 in celebration of the series 30th Anniversary.
Iโm so happy for Destiny fans at this point. It hits on November 10th.
The demo was very similar to the one we previously saw at the Playstation 5 event, but it still was nice to see it in its entirety. Itโs aย launch window title too.
