2K Marin”s XCOM shooter has had a pretty troubled past. We saw our first glimpse of it back in 2011 at E3.
Since then, rumors have been thrown around about the project being canceled only to be dismissed by 2K multiple times. Today we finally see a little glimpse of the fabled shooter returning via 2K”s . Stating “The game has undergone an evolution since we last showed it to you at E3 2011. ” and “We feel that the time is right to deliver a new experience within the world of XCOM.”
Are you guys excited about the resurgence of this XCOM shooter? Or should they have walked the path Firaxis have set before them?
