In a surprise announcement tonight at E3, Ken Lobb has announced that he will be working with an as-of-yet unannounced developer to reboot the Phantom Dust franchise, much like he did for Killer Instinct earlier in the Xbox One’s lifecycle.
Phantom Dust was an action/strategy game that mixed intense combat with powerful and spectacular spellcasting. While it wasn’t a commercial hit, it has since elevated itself amongst many original Xbox fans as a cult hit, especially since it’s online multiplayer component was shut down recently.

Phantom Dust will be launching sometime in 2015 and exclusively on Xbox One.
