We’ve just been advised that Saints Row IV: Re-elected has been recalled in Australia. It has now been pulled off shelves and customers are encouraged to return the game for a full refund. It only effects the PS4 version. You can find the full statement below.
Unfortunately over the weekend, it has come to light that the PlayStation 4 retail release of Saints Row IV: Re-Elected has a serious manufacturing issue and a nationwide recall is now underway in Australia.
A manufacturing issue has caused an incorrectly classified version of Saints Row IV: Re-Elected for our territory to be released. This strictly affects PlayStation 4 retail versions.
All customers who have purchased the PlayStation 4 version of Saints Row IV: Re-Elected are encouraged to return to their retailer for a full refund.
Replacement copies with the correct content are on order and will arrive with retailers soon.

oh noes
Lol why would anyone take it back.
To get their money back for a sub-par cash in game? Especially if they already have the US version on Ps3 and claimed the Gat out of Hell code from the box?
Zac, government made a booboo
not government the printing press did
So basically the actual copy was released that wasn't messed with by the classification board?
yeah we are because our R18 did nothing all it did was let us have more blood
Okay bro, i was just giving my opinion. To be more to the point it feels as if its been tampered with. Maybe tamper isn't the word I should have used. Whatever the difference we are still getting the short end of the stick when it comes to game classification I feel. :)
The R18 rating was never tampered with it was put in and noone looked at it and just got excited few people realized all it did was let game be more violent and did not allow for more adult themes which is what people where fighting for
Oh Australian Government you so silly
Correct!
hahaha yeah right, im sure they will returne the copy they bought!
