Finally, a Mario game that is semi realistic and takes place in a world that looks somewhat familiar. It’s pretty clear that Super Mario Odyssey for Nintendo Switch is inspired by different parts of the world. Most of what we saw today looked to be set in New York and it looks absolutely stunning.
The bad news, is that it won’t launch until Holiday 2017.

Forgotten about Zelda already? Look how bland the first screenshot looks. Just big lumps of colour. Bland from a design standpoint, not a colour standpoint. The other screenshots looks promising though, especially the forrest one
